Thumbnail Generation Fails

I have two sites running Joomla 2.5.11, both on entirely different servers using altogether different templates/modules etc. I've tried installing Phoca Gallery 3.2.3 and 3.2.4 but get the same results. During photo uploads or manual regeneration of thumbnails, the thumbnail regeneration stalls and the screen stays on "Phoca Gallery is creating thumbnail(s) now. Please wait..." and never completes. Can you take a look at that for me? Thanks!

Hi, maybe you get some php error message there and it is not displayed as the php error reporting is not enabled on your server. Try to enable it and enable debug mode too.
