Hi!
First of all, thank you for all the work you've already put into this system! It is much appreciated! I have a site (joomla 1.0x) which I am moving over to 1.5, and it historically has had a very large docman installation, however, I find that tool kind of cumbersome and believe that yours is a wonderful replacement for it! Now, my issue is that I've got several hundred files already uploaded onto my server that I would like to mass import into your system. I can physically move them to the correct directory, but is there a script that would allow me to select files to import to specific sections/categories in a bulk fashion?
Something of this sort would be an absolute lifesaver. If it doesn't exist, I'll be spending days (or more) getting it all in there.
Thank you for any feedback you have!
Matt R.

Re: Mass File Import
Hi, there are no such scripts (known scripts). It is not possible for me to learn all possible old frameworks to make some migration scripts ...
and nobody has send such script to me

Re: Mass File Import
Okay, that's what I was afraid of. All I was hoping for was a script that would read the contents of the phocadownloads directory and then give you the option of marking the ones you want to import, setting the section and category, and then mass loading the 'checked' files into the database. Would save a ton of time.
Oh well. Maybe if I have time to play...
