implementing the link rel=”canonical” tag

Hi Jan,

Is it possible to implement the link rel=”canonical” tag on Phoca Gallery detail pages? it's been recommended to me for SEO.

Hi, not sure why it should be added to detail pages. The canonical attribut should be used in case the content can be reached by different URLs and with canonical attribute you will say to the robot, the one link (marked with canonical is the important) ... but normally there is only one link to detail page, so not uderstand why it should be added? So in case you have e.g. two versions of the same link, then it makes sense, but in Phoca Gallery there is only "one version" of the link to detailed page. (but maybe I miss something, )
