Problems Joomla 2.5 and Phoca installation

Hi,

I have serious problems to install phocagallery on my 2.5 joomla.
Looks like the server kofiguration don't pass the script or it's a 90 sec. time out.

I followed the instruction for the FTP installation, but this is or the old phocagalery (no FRONT-FOLDER).

Any Ideas how to solve this problem?
