Problem with Configuration in Option Setting

Hello Jan,
Per your suggestion; please see below the issue i am having with Phoca Gallery

I have been using Phoca Gallery product since the Inception of my web site and I like it a lot. However, after upgrading to 3.2.2 the images seize to show. I am using Joomla 2.5.6 and Phoca Gallery 3.2.2 my major issue is the fact that I am not able to see the pictures that are posted. I checked my permission settings and double check the settings in in the option still cannot find the problem; at this time I will need a second eye to help find the issue. Any help or ideas you could render will be greatly appreciated. Enclosed is the link to the photos. May I mention that prior to updating to the latest version my images were showing pretty good. I strongly believe this issue is in configurations in the OPTION setting but can figure out which of the setting need to be corrected.

Hi, such icon is displayed in case, the thumbnails were not created, try to recheck thumbnail creation settings - in Options.

Thanks for your response. Any idea while the next button will not display when I open a picture? Phoca Gallery is now becoming less intutive to use. It use to be very user friendly when I first started to use it.
