Delete sub-categorie from front-end

Hi,

Is it possible to delete a sub-categorie from front-end?

The main category and sub-categories are all owned by 'userx'.
I can create sub-categories and upload/delete images, but is there also a way to delete a sub-category.
I understand that it would only be possible if the category is empty since back-end won't let you delete categories with images either.
