Hi Jan,

Thank you for answering my questions so promptly.

I was afraid that my questions would make you feel discouraged--"no, it can't do this", "no, it can't do that"....well that may be true, but what it DOES do is just wonderful. Thank you for a great component. Now that I am used to working with it in the way it is designed to be used, I am finding it to be simple and easy to use.

Good work!

Hi, thank you... the problem about your question:

- choosing template image instead of random image
- calling specific categories

is:

There is no problem to change the PHP code or SQL query, so they work as you want. BUT ON YOUR SITE ONLY. I cannot do it for the Phoca Gallery generally. It is very difficult to implement it in system solution. The second Problem is, I get daily e.g. 5 feature request, it is great because I can do feature which users want. But most of them are contradictory (E.g. Folder icon should be displayed as folder x Folder icon should be displayed as Random Image, Folder icon should be displayed as Image which user selects, ...) If there are a lot of user who want to change some feature, I can do the parameter (yes, no)... but I cannot do e.g. 1000 parameters, so Phoca Gallery will be confused.... Please, if it is possible, it is better to do small change in PHP source code or SQL as doing thousends of parameters... The third Problem is time ...

I hope, you understand what I mean with adding new parameters and new features...
