Hello.

Sorry for my very bad english.

When I try to use phocaguestbook I have this message ( It was possible to use before I remove an extension for smileys in conflict with joomla ):

Fatal error: Call to undefined method JException::assignRef() in C:\wamp\www\Joomla\libraries\joomla\application\component\controller.php on line 686



I just see I have an access problem too with Admin tool. I solve it as soon as possible ( in the same time as smileys extension I have installed super admin).

Hello

Found the solution alone and sorry for disturbing you.

Reload phoca guestbook extensions reload template entensions and in the url witch point to my phoca guestbook, delete the old one and replace with the new.
