Delete, Unpublish, Image Authorized

When Uploading/Editing the front end, the registered user whom I have given upload rights to also has the option on each gallery image of deleting, unpublishing?, and marking image authorized.

Is there a place to only allow the user to use the delete button, and not give them the option to unpublish or mark image authorized?

Hi, in frontend users cannot mark the image as authorized/unauthorized, this can be done only by administrator.
