Can't see uploaded photo's in frontend

Hello,

For days I'm trying to solve this, but now I really don't know what to do.
My collegues have to log in to my site to upload photo's for the parents (school site) Uploading works great, etc.
When a parent tries to see them : "You are not authorized to do this action"
All the rights are set to public.
I've read 100 of items of Phoca gallery and i can't find the solution!!!!!

Please help!!!

Hi, try to recheck all the permissions for the category not other clue advice there
