Thumbnail Creation

Hi,
I have run Phoca Gallery on my Joomla 1.5.15 website for a couple of years with no problems at all. For the past two months the thumbnails have ceased creating or only a small handful (8) will be created. The 'Create Thumbnails' pages gets stuck and I cannot close it despite pressing the Stop Thumbnail Creation button in the top right hand corner of the page. All images are jpeg. I have deleted and reinstalled Phoca Gallery. I have deleted and reinstalled images. The parametres are set to create thumbnails. I have tried on two computers one Vista and one Windows XP. Please help me because I love this program. Thanks.

Did you enable php error reporting and debug mode to see if you get there some error?

I get the following error message:

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 13680 bytes) in /usr/local/pem/vhosts/103971/webspace/siteapps/21/htdocs/administrator/components/com_phocagallery/libraries/phocagallery/image/imagemagic.php on line 214

Can you please decipher this for me as I am a "Very New Newbie" to this.
