Highlighting of icons on images

Might be related to my previous issue....when I mouse over on the little icons under an image (comment, exif...etc) it is highlighting the images with a blue background. Not sure what would be causing this this.

Happens on all my galleries and does not on the demo site on phoca.cz.

It looks like this problem is happening site wide on my joomla install. Even the print and email icons on articles have have the blue background when hovering over them. Looking into joomla now.

This functionality is part of the template. I thought it was something not functioning properly. So this problem has been solved. I will take it up with joomla forums and see if they can forward me in the right direction to remove this. It was acting this way on their demo set for joomla.
