Phocaguestbook-pane not included

Hi Jan,

The new Joomla 2.5 version doesn't have the phocaguestbook-pane included (hyperlink which hides the form). Could you add this for the next release please? Was really handy! You can e-mail me if you want my template file, I've added it back.

Ah! I needed to hide the form at the settings. I understood it meant disable. It works now.
