Maybe small problem with blank thumbnails in category view

If you go to this page http://aadak.net/joomla/index.php/gallerie

you can see there are some blank spots, it happens every time i upload new album... If i go backend and reset number of rows everything is become ok... How can i fix this for good, is there some solution to that? It may be just a settings... Thanks
