Captcha not working on Joomla 2.5.3

I have just intalled Phoca Address book on a new Joomla 2.5 installation.
The user submission form shows no captcha image. The documentation refers to the component parameters on the menu link. However the only component related question is to select guestbook.
There is nothing in the Components->Phoca Guest book->Control panel that provides for any parameters at all.
It does actually email the entry but clears the screen and refers you to register a Captcha API key. I have entered this in the main Joomla reCatcha plugin. Still no luck.

Hi, Phoca Guestbook has own settings, just see main administration site of phoca guestbook and click on Options icon.
