Uploading images from the front end

Hi All,

I am having difficulties in setting the user control panel set on my web (http://www.aavbae.net/aavbae/index.php/galeria) to allow users upload images from the front end. I enabled the UCP as indicated on,

https://www.phoca.cz/documents/2-phoca-g ... ser-rights

but nothing has changed on the gallery.
