Hi !
I have decide to revise my original website (http://www.earthechi.it) with joomla and your Phoca Gallery and some other specific modules that are very great.
Actually I use the version 2.0.0.
I have trying to charge in one sub-category (America->Canada->Churchill) 90 pictures and I have put on the piclens on the category and the upload had worked perfectly.
But I have 2 problems.
1) In the "Thumbnail Creation Settings" I have chose "Pagination Thumbnail Creation" YES, "Clean Thumbnails" YES, "Crop Thumbnail" Only Small Thumnails, but I saw that in the related directories are created not only small thunbnails, but also medium and large: it's correct?
2) This it's the main problem. I have controlled the .rss created when click Piclens button in the category (I checked the category!) and all thumbnail are correctly listed on the .rss file, but not all image are loaded into the panoramic view of piclens and some "black holes" image appear, but with correct name. I have trying to
charge all images in one load, more load with few images, one images at time, but the result it's the same.
The strange thing it's that the "black holes" are not the same after every loading.
For display the image on my thema, I have used your Phoca Gallery Tree module and work perfect. All thumbnail images are loaded and all images are displayed with normal display without piclens (enabled or disabled).
The strange thing is that if you click on the photo piclens "black" the correct image is displayed, but clicking on another piclens photo, returning the image to black spot start
Any suggestions ?
Please, don't esitate to request to me more information

Re: Problem to view all images from browser with piclens
Phoca Gallery creates always all thumbnails. With the setting 'crop thumbnail' you set whether the thumbs must be squared (1:1) or have their original relation (e.g. 3:2 or 4:3). So if you choose only small thumbnails, then only the small thumbs will be 1:1.earthechi wrote:1) In the "Thumbnail Creation Settings" I have chose "Pagination Thumbnail Creation" YES, "Clean Thumbnails" YES, "Crop Thumbnail" Only Small Thumnails, but I saw that in the related directories are created not only small thunbnails, but also medium and large: it's correct?
I hope this explains the setting...

Re: Problem to view all images from browser with piclens
Problem (2) apparently solved with this solution:
Create more directory into PhocaGallery with thumbnail folder evrery each directory and with .rss of every gallery category in the Photogallery directory
Example
joomla/images/photogallery/folder_1
joomla/images/photogallery/folder_1/thumbs
joomla/images/photogallery/folder_2
joomla/images/photogallery/folder_2/thumbs
joomla/images/photogallery/1.rss
joomla/images/photogallery/2.rss
Great ! I love Phoca !
