Problem with categories

Hey Guys,

i've a big problem!
I have done a website with joomla and phoca component!
Now i want users to be able to upload pictures everybody can see,
pictures only registered users can see and pictures only themselves can see.
How can i do this?
The users should be able to upload the pictures from frontend.
I think i would need categories with more than one owners?!?
But how to do this?

Please help me!
this has to be done until next sunday!
