Basic questions
I am new to Joomla and Phoca. So here's what I did. I found a Joomla template that consists of some CSS files, some HTML files, some PHP files, some Javascript files, and some image files. I would like to use the same basic layout with my Phoca Photo Gallery. Is there a way to do this? Do I have to modify everything in sight to make this work? Is(Are) there some tool(s) that would help me modify the files I need to modify? I suppose I thought getting a web site up was going to be fairly straightforward. At the moment, it seems to be quite a daunting task.

Hi, in fact you can stylize Phoca Gallery with CSS - just enable custom stylizing:
