phoca phlic blank space problem

Hello! i am having a issue/problem with the phoca phlic template where it will leave blank space at the bottom of a webpage (white space, the background image does not extend down) and i was wondering if anyone knew of a fix for it or if there is a workaround of some sort for this, thanks! also i have included a screenshot for reference: http://i.imgur.com/xkX4R.png

Hi, to fill the site with the background, you need to set this for whole site - e.g. for body, but this can then have problems with some popups - where such background can be displayed instead of white
