phoca integration with JA Comments

Since Jcomments is not available for J1.7 ,I was wondering if i can install JA Comments if it can be integrated with phoca GAllery,is this possible? how can i use ja comments with gallery,i dont want to use facebook comments.

Hi, I don't know JA Comments, does they work the same like JComment, do they have plugins e.g. for Phoca Gallery, so then they can be integrated to it?
