there are some solution but there are not 100% successfull, e.g.:viewtopic.php?f=1&t=1353
It is not only the modal box, it is about other javascript librasies too. But it is very good idea to load the modal box only one time... I take a look at it... btw. do you have any idea how to recognize the the modal box library is loaded ...
