External link to the get to the tab

When my users are loged in they can create and upload albums.
I just want to know how i can put a link to go from one tab to another from within a tab.
For example: if im in the Category tab (tab 2) i want to have two links to go to the previous tab (account information) and the next tab (subcategories).
How can i get this done. I have included the previous / next images in the site, just want to link them

Hi, this needs to be customized in the code. For tabs displaying, Joomla! tabs javascript methods are used, so maybe some javascript code to manage it should be added to link, but in this area no specific advices by me
