Best Way to Upgrade

Hey all,

I currently have Phoca Guestbook 1.4.4 and would like to upgrade. What is the best way of doing this without causing problems? I was thinking of removing, then reinstalling. I would assume that the existing entries/items would remain.

Also, what are the biggest features since 1.4.4? I noticed that there's a "reCapatcha" option but that's all i've seen.

Hi, in 1.5 there were different security features added (of courset I will not describe them )
