Category must have a title

Hi

Really sorry about this but having real issues with this I got confused with download and gallery. I installed Gallery 3.1 on joomla 1.7 I get the error catergory must have a title when trying to add a catergory I have reinstalled numerous times and still get the same error. All the database items needed are there I have checked in mysql. I have also gone in and manually entered the catergory names in the database but they still dont show up. I then uninstalled again and installed phoca download by mistake but this worked and picked up the database info I had entered but then I realised it was download not gallery I had installed so I have uninstalled yet again and now reinstalled 3.1 of gallery and now I am back to the error again. I have read through the forums but noone seems to have said how they fixed this issue plenty of people have said fixed it thanks but havent said how or what they had done wring in the first place does anyone have any idea what causes this error and can you point me in the right direction please.
