Göße der Box um Thumbnail innerhalb einer Kategorie ändern

Hallo Forum,

nach langem Suchen und Probieren bin ich immer noch nicht dahinter gekommen.
Wie kann ich die Größe der Boxen um die Thumbnails so ändern, das wie im aktuellen Beispiel (siehe image), drei Bilder nebeneinander passen?
Die Größe der Thumbnails ist klar, leider ändert sich die Box (und der "Schatten") herum nicht.

The link from mainmenu shows the list of categoeris. there's everything right. but if I click on a categorie I want to see it on the way like I showed in 1st post.
To get a smaller box, I tried nearly every stetting in galery parameters.
the only thing that worked is to get smaller thumbnails. but the box around are as big as it was.
you know what I meen?

I am not sure now, but I think you cannot do smaller boxes (there are some reason for it, but I don't remember it, I have done it one year ago...).. you can change the size but it should be not smaller...

Try to change two parameters in parameters component:
padding box and margin box... then the space will be smaller and maybe then you can pass your 3 images into your content...

So you changed the parameters in components >> phocagallery >> gallery >> parameters

You changed them too in menu >> your menu >> your phoca gallery link >> component parameters (= second box on the right side)?

If you change the shadow parameter to 'no shadow' then the boxes are smaller?

For the right shadow you have to manually make the shadow smaller (with Irfanview, Adobe Photoshop, Paint etc)
shadow 1 is for thumbs 100x100
shadow 2 is for thumbs 200x200
shadow 3 is for thumbs 50x50 - this shadow is used for categories view (the list layout)
or so I thought

Choose one of those shadows, download them, remake them fitting to your size - I have to find out about size and colors - Jan do you know what the padding, border color, shadow thickness is etc?
Then upload this (with the same name!) and select this shadow in your parameters

This is a sort of resizing recipe - I hope that somewhere in these steps is your answer...

I changed the paramters in both settingareas. What paramter do you special meen? What paramater does work in your oppinion?

If I change the shadow to no shadow nothing with the size of the gray box around happens.

I just customize the shadow3 to my wishes, but now it seems like this (without changing padding/margin):

Do you have any idea, especially concerning size of the gray box/border round the shadwo an image and how to get the image in the middle of shadow?

Hey,

in the parameters in the menu link, there are also the thumbnail sizes. You have to set them the same as in the Global Parameters.

with paramter "Medium Image Width/height" I can influence the size of thumbnails. Thats the thing I know. But the size of box rounding shadow and thumbnail stays the same.

so the medium width and height are the same as in the global parameters? (they also determine the size of the boxes!)

Next: clear the cache of your browser and check again.

It should be working then.
