Phoca Nivo slideshow problem in ie

I use joomla 1.7 and although the photos are showing in Netscape and chrome i have problems in almost all internet explorers

I'm having the same problem, in Internet explorer nivo slideshow dont work with framelab template.


Got it to work, if using framelab template, just download framelab again (was updated) and reinstall it or just copy index.php and style.css and overwrite it.

In my case i just overwrite index.php (in templates/framelab) and work

No it doesn't solved, with the template. the problen has to do with the phoca nivoslide show and internet explorer 7. In internet explorer 8 works fine. My site is http://www.apelontiritas.gr/ . I came thru another site that has exactly the same problem in internet explorer 7 and nivo slideshow. http://www.greensladecreations.com.au/ . Any help please?

The problem i think it's all about internet explorer 7, my sugestion is to upgrade your internet explorer to 8.
Also try to check you apache or iis version and php version. I'm building and testing a site for a friend and i just notice that in diferent versions of php (with apache 2) just work in one of the server's.


You can also add in your footer some info to warn that it's design for ie 8 and above.
I dont know but i think there aren't many people with ie 7 anymore

I use this slideshow in my site (http://atevet.cbam.cz) too (Joomla 1.7). IE8 is OK, I have problem with IE 9 only. But if I open the link above (http://www.apelontiritas.gr/), it works fine. I donť understand it. Does anybody have any idea where the problem is?

Do you get some error message in javascript console of not working IE?
