Missing Files

After installing Phoca Download my system errorlog reports the following files missing:

/administrator/components/com_phocadocument/assets/phocadocument.css in /administrator/index.php

*NOTE* phocadocument is not installed.

/administrator/components/com_phocadownload/assets/upload/upload.png in /administrator/components/com_phocadownload/assets/upload/mediamanager.css

/administrator/components/com_phocadownload/assets/upload/delete.png in /administrator/components/com_phocadownload/assets/upload/mediamanager.css

What do I change and where can I get the missing images?

It means:

There is a file somewhere within the phocadownload component that references to "/administrator/components/com_phocadocument/assets/phocadocument.css", but it is missing.

The stylesheet "/administrator/components/com_phocadownload/assets/upload/mediamanager.css" references to an image called "upload.png" and "delete.png", which are both missing.

The three missing files in the component phocadownload are causing the entries in my servers errorlog.
