Control of a category

Hi,
Read the forums, tried most everything but still don't know how to assign a user to manage a category. I need to have a user of the website to be able to "authorize" images and categories without having to go to the back-end every time someone uploads or creates a category or sub category. I need the user to simply login, go to the Gallery, review the new uploads/categories and "authorize" if acceptable. Is PhocaGallery able to do this? Thanks

Hi, authorizing can be done only in administration.
