Creating thumbnails doesn't work

I want to add pictures to my phocagallery! However every time when I add a picture (iin multiple upload or with FTP) and click save a new site is opened which is white and contains only one clickable text: "Stop Thumbnailcreation" (This site never changes, although I waited hours). When I click the text I get to the picture site in joomla-phocagallery. So the pictures where uploaded. When I look at the pictures I see nothing because no thumbnail was created. On top of this the "enable thumbnailcreation" in the configure is on "No" every time I click on this "stop thumbnailcreation".

Can anybody help me? I don't know any further!

Hi, this seems like you have some error on your site which is not rendered because it is not allowed, see:
