download Email sent based on category/section... possibe???

Hi everyone... love this module!!!! I have a few questions that I hope can be answered here:

1. Is there any way for the system to send an email based on if files of a certain category/section get downloaded? I have multiple sections and categories and there is only a few files that I want to be notified if they get downloaded.

2. Is there a way of changing the information that gets emailed? is there a template or at least what is the location where the email is sent? Maybe I can just fine tune it.

Hi,
1) this needs to be customized, for now by every file download the email is sent
2) Hi, you can change it in translation strings or in the php code directly (for now I am not on my pc so cannot give any specific location but search for email function in the code).
