Watermark Promlem after Re-Install

I'm using (and enjoying) Gallery 3.0.2. Everything worked fine. Also the watermarks i included (root).
Then i deinstalled and reinstalled PhocaGallery (to reset several parameters) and from that on the watermarks dont work any more (neither root nor category).

When it worked i could see during thumbs creation "Reading watermark-medium.png" or a message like that. When watermarks are created now there obviously something cant be loaded because at the position where i would expact that message just a rectangle appears saying "ladet". (Im using the German version).

It seems that PhocaGallery cant find something that was killed during reinstallation but i have no idea what. Anyone any ideas?

Hi, try to recheck if the watermark image can be read - if there is no wrong permission or ownership for it

Thx Jan, i'll check.
Besides the Paypal thing: organisations normally can't use it (mine can't), thats why i asked. Maybe BitCoin will be a solution if it improves.
You really do a great work, this should be said i think.
