Category description field locking up

My problem is that when I go into a category and try to edit the description the admin site locks up when I try to save my changes. The only way to get off the page is to close the browser. And it doesn't save my changes. I use that description field to show the email address of individual artists on my site. See http://www.corleymillart.com/index.php? ... &Itemid=29. ( I upgraded to the latest version of Phoca Gallery which changed the positioning on the page but I think I can fix that.)

I upgraded to version 2.8 of PG. I also upgraded to Joomla 1.5.23 hoping that might fix the problem but no luck. My host recently upgraded php to 5.3.6. Could that have caused the problem?

I'm considering migrating my site to Joomla 1.6. Would that be the best solution?

Hi, what you mean lock up? Maybe you should check your browser, or other extensions loaded on Joomla! administration site, if there is no javascript error
