Frontend User Upload - ComboBox too short?

Dear Phoca Gallery Team,

I have following problem with my Phoca Gallery:
I created a User-FrontEnd Image Upload, for a special user (User will upload photos of a club - so I don`t have to do it )
I created several Categories which the user can choose from, to sort the uploaded photos. Now I have the problem that these categories can`t be selected in the combobox - the combobox seems to bee too short for my category names.

I searched for hours for a solution, but without any success.

My second problem is the Layout of the uploaded photos.

Hi, you can find the file here:
components\com_phocagallery\views\user\tmpl\default.php (plus _files.php, _categories.php, etc.)

The problem of your layout is, it cannot fit your long strings. But in fact this is not solvable problem, if your strings are so long, then they resize the box, there is no other way than to have large box or use some CSS rules like overflow to hide the string into the box, etc.
