Categories not displayed in Control panel

hi,

i have problem with displaying categories in control panel categories section. regardless how i create any category, nothing is listed. I can see categories in Images section and i'm able edit given category by clicking on category link. Problem is i cannot delete any category and cannot edit categories with no images assigned. i'm using Phoca Gallery 2.8.
I looked into database and all records seem to be ok. i tried you query from categories.php and it returns all records correctly so problem must be somewhere in displaying. can you help me? tell me what info you need to identify problem.

Hi, did you enable php error reporting and debug mode while displaying the categories view?
