Users gallery

Is it any way to change default users folders root?? Now it's in main category, but i want to have to main folders:
-site,
-users,

Site for all page, lots of categories,
Users for users pictures only.

Hi, this needs to be customized in the code, but didn't do such modification yet, so cannot give any specific advice there
