Uploading of images to gallery

I have transferred more than 100 photos using my server (FTP). the problem I don't know how to get these photos to the Gallery on the website? root to: /public_html_/images/phocagallery
any help here is appreciated.

However, I had uploaded at least 20 photos on the administration back-end, but I can't keep waiting for upload as 1 photo is being upload at once, how long will that go? how to you make that change to upload more photos at once?
