Download link is not working with return url after login

Hi,

I am facing a strange problem today with phocadownload.
Scenario is:
-The category type is registered
-I am not logged in
-trying to download the file from direct download link of phoca which is
/document-sections/category/74-new_bod_folder?download=469%3Apreeti104
- It redirect to joomla login page with return url
return=aW5kZXgucGhwP29wdGlvbj1jb21fcGhvY2Fkb3dubG9hZCZ2aWV3PWNhdGVnb3J5JmlkPTomSXRlbWlkPTc1
when I decode it found "index.php?option=com_phocadownload&view=category&id=:&Itemid=75" and there is no download. It was working previously. Can anyone suggest, what is wrong here? or I am missing something.

I am using Phoca Download 1.3.6 with Joomla 1.5.22.
