File selection

When I go to the Files section to add a new file and click on the File icon next to Filename to select the file, it opens a popup with the files and directories in the Root path specified in settings. My problem is, I can't change directories. I have my files stored in various directories to keep things organized so I need to drill down to the correct one. Is this possible? I assume it is since the directories are listed.

Hi, then you need to set own path to root of your stored files in settings.

I did that. I changed it from /home/actontroop/www/www to /home/actontroop/www/www/docs. I actually tried both. Should I be allowed to change directories in the popup box when I add a file?

So when you click on the up arrow above "some-file.zip", is it supposed to take you up a directory? Because it doesn't on mine or if there is a sub-directory, clicking on it doesn't change me to that one.

I forgot to mention, I'm on Joomla 1.5. I installed the latest update for that version, 1.3.9, and it still doesn't work.

Hi, not tested for 1.5, so I will do tests for 1.3.9 (but for now I cannot say when I will find time for do it )

That's fine. I work around it by typing the path directly, it would just be easier the other way.
