[SOLVED] no images shows

Hello dear phoca fans
I have a problem with phoca gallery v. 3.0.0 rc5 on Joomla 1.6.
I created a new category and add some pictures but it doesn’t show them. It just shows the phoca_thumb_l_no_image image.
I really need this photo gallery. What can i do to resolve this problem?

Hi,
1. check: backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Phoca Gallery Control Panel --> Info --> These are the recommended settings for Phoca Gallery

2. check: backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Phoca Gallery Control Panel --> Options --> Main -->
Enable Thumbnails Generation=(Should be)Yes

3. If the site is online, please post a URL to see the issue.

Thnx Benno but my problem is not only the thumbnails, if i klick on the pictures it will open an slider with this pic:
http://localhost/***/components/com_pho ... _image.png.

in info is evrything green.

no the website works with Xampp

That's fine.

phoca_thumb_l_no_image.png normaly shows up, when thumbnails are created in the database (the links) but not physically in the directory /images/phocagallery/thumbs (or if you use subfolders) images/phocagallery/your subfolder/thumbs.
So please check whether this directory exists and whether it contains thumbnails. (small, medium and large of every importet original image)
If no, Enable Thumbnails Generation
backend --> Components --> Phoca Gallery --> Phoca Gallery Control Panel --> Options --> Main -->
Enable Thumbnails Generation=(Should be)Yes
and create the thumbs once more.

Ok i have reinstall phoca gallery and it will show the Thumbs but if i go to:
And click on the first thumb it opens
this link:
index.php/component/phocagallery/1-gallery/detail/1-event?tmpl=component&Itemid=0

there I can click on the thumbs but it will open a window without something.
The 2st. thumb will give me that error:
404 - PHOCAGALLERY_CATEGORY_IS_UNPUBLISHED
Plz help me, tomorrow the website must go online

Hi, the itemid should be not zero, did you create a menu link to Phoca Gallery, see for example:
https://www.phoca.cz/documents/16-joomla ... -in-joomla (it is about sef links, but explain how the itemid works)
