Multiple Upload into category fails

Hey, hey,

I have a problem with the multiple upload into an excisting category....

1. I upload the new pictures into an excisting folder on my webserver (../images/phocagallery/foldername)
2. I click on pictures in the mainnavigation
3. I click on mulitple upload
4. I choose the new pictures in the folder
5. I choose the category name on top of the upload form and click save
6. the thumbnails will be created, but the pictures are not in the chosen category

How do I solve this problem? Any ideas? Even if I upload the pictures with the java uploader, they will not be added to the category....

Hi, folder is not a category.

if you are uploading files to some folder, you need go to such folder with navigating. Click on the folder and you will be inside this folder, then you can upload images there.

Category selecting is there for adding images to system (adding is not uploading) if you have selected folder, you don't need to select category, see:
