J1.6 SEF URL -> Cat & Images not working in content

Hello everyone,

im new to this forum.
i tried to search about this problem but didnt find anything usefull. So here is the problem:

i try to place pictures and/or categories into my contentpages.
Everything works fine if SEF URL (Joomla -> global config -> site -> SEF URL) is set to NO.
Atm i put it on YES, everything stops working like intended.

here the example link: EDIT Had to remove Phoca for this project. However the problem still exists.
here the code i used:

{phocagallery view=category|categoryid=1|imageid=1}
Category View
{phocagallery view=category|categoryid=1}

Installed on sys: latest J 1.6, latest Phoca Gallery Comp and plugin.

Any help would be appreciated.
And NO i dont want to run the site with no SEF
