error in phoca gallery

hi,
mywebsite is online now, www.lastgroup-sy.com, it contains a phoca galley which was working well when I was working on local host, but after uploading my website on internet, it gives me this error 'XML Parsing Error at 1:0. Error 4: not well-formed (invalid token) ', any idea why I have this problem???
Also the sludeshow buttons don't appear, any idea?.

Hi, this problem is not caused by Phoca Gallery, Phoca Gallery does not parse any XML in categories view nor does not display any such warning.

Try to check other extensions on your site.
