Phoca Gallery - URL links/CSS not working

I am new to Joomla but recently I created a new template based website using Joomla 1.6 and XAMPP. I created this as a localhost and everything seemed to work fine.

I included the Phoca Gallery and Phoca Restaurant Menu components. Again they worked fine.

However I have just migrated the site to a hosted environment. The site can now be seen at http://www.tasteincorporated.co.uk. It is a relatively simple site but it was my first use of Joomla.

I am not a developer!!.

The problem is that on the hosted site, if you use the "Gallery" menu option to access Phoca Gallery the initial page displays fine. However if you try to drill-down on any of the two photo catagories, the site fails and Phoca seems to pass me back to the home page (without the CSS).

Can you offer any advice as to what is causing this?

I have read lots of forums on problems with Joomla having problems loading pages and failing to load CSS.
