PDF dont dowload

HI,
I have installed phoca pdf Invoice and Delivery and this works. But if I click on the icon-pdf does not download the pdf... why?
Who can help me?

Hi, re-check all the steps done by installing it, try to check it in other browser.

I tried with IE and Firefox nothing!!!
After installing everything worked fine... Then something happened!
I remember that I had reset the orders from the database.
It may be that something has happened by resetting the database of orders? Or is there a conflict with jquery component after intall...

Hmmm, don't know any information about conflict with jquery with downloading - when displaying in modal box, then the mootools can be in conflict in jquery - but you can set the standard pop up window.

you may download the pdf is blocked by a control program?
The same thing happened to me in the UP-load images in the gallery over the first product when you click "new" in the insertion of media ....
In this case I just had to disable the $downloadRootFiles = vmReadDirectory(DOWNLOADROOT, '.', true); (nel file administrator/components/com_virtuemart/html/product.file_form.php) to upload more images.
