What am i doing wrong? Keeps saying install crossdomain.xml

I put the crossdomain.xml folder at the root and still getting the error message. Any ideas? Ive read a couple other discussion buts not able to trouble shoot. Im very new so take it easy if it's a stupid mistake.

Hmm, then no idea there, maybe the file cannot be read (permissions) but I think, this should not be a problem, try to check if you are really in root (I think, the image says it, you are in root, but check if this is not a folder of the domain, if this is really the root of the domain) ...

Where do you have then problems with the crossdomain.xml, can the images be displayed in piclens (coolirs) slideshow?
