Confirmation message on submit

Wonderful component with many useful options.

Is there supposed to be a confirmation message after someone posts in Phoca Guestbook? Just something like "Thanks for your comment" or something to show the visitor that the submission was received? I'm moderating our guestbook so right now there's no indication that the comment was successfully sumitted.

There is a confirmation message "Thank you for your entry" after posting to phoca guestbook.
You can always change the message by changing the PHOCA GUESTBOOK ITEM SAVED value from en-GB.com_phocaguestbook.ini file.

Thanks for your reply minosk. We're not getting any message now. Any idea what could be wrong? I've looked at the .ini file and the parameter is there as described.

Hi, check your template, Standard Joomla! template must include a place where system messages are displayed. Phoca Guestbook sends this message to this place. Mostly if the template does not include such place, the message is not displayed.

Just test it with standard template to see if the message will be displayed.
