3.0.0 RC4 transparent watermarks

Hello,

i have a problem with the transparency of watermarks.
i placed my watermark-large.png and watermark-medium.png in the root folder of the phocagallery. then I enabled the watermarks in the control panel.
The pngs are created with gimp as transparent RGB files.
After the "create thumbnails" processed, the watermarks are in the pictures, but not with transparent background, but white.

How can I fix this?

Hi, tested now, created transparent PNG with GIMP 2.6 and see no problem there.

Try to check the GD library settings on your server or the parameters clicked while saving PNG in GIMP
