Unregister users access

Hi, sorry for stupid question, but i need to share some files for notregistered user, how i can do this?

Hi, just share them, upload the file to server, add it to system (section, then category, then file) and create a menu link to the phoca download site, where this file will be listed.

If just create a link in the menu on a file, and be a guest on site, when linking a file is hidden, and requires authorization
