Update Phoca from 2.2.2 Beta to 2.7.6

Hi,
I want to update my Phoca Gallery from 2.2.2 Beta to 2.7.6.
How do I do that? (Uninstall beta version and install the 2.7.6 version?)
But what about my data stored in the Beta version?
